Airfares:

All airfares are quoted exclusive of any taxes, surcharges, or PFCs. These are added to your final quotation. Fares are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when full payment has been received. Some airports will charge an addition tax fee upon check-in, which is not included in the final price of your ticket.

Reservations:
Please be aware that certain airlines do not maintain "real time" seat availability. While every effort is made to reflect the true situation, instances may occur when airlines reject sales. Viet Tin will advise you within 72 hours (Monday-Friday) if this is the case and will do all we can to reinstate your booking.

* Change of passenger names is not permitted.

* Changes/cancellation of flights are not permitted.

* Charges may appear on your credit card under the name of the airline, one of the airline?s representatives or one of our airfare consolidators.

* Charges from the airline may in some cases be itemized per passenger.

* Processing/Automation Fees may be charged separately and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Review of Itinerary:
You are responsible for double-checking that your itinerary is correct. Make sure that the dates displayed are the dates you wanted to search for. In some cases, there may be an overnight stay between flights. Please look at the departure dates for all legs of your itinerary just to be sure. It also important to look closely at the airport code that is shown, in case you need to transfer between airports to make a connection. This can happen at certain large cities that have multiple airports. For example, your itinerary may have you flying into London-Heathrow and then flying out of London-Gatwick. This is a valid route and what you will need to do is take a shuttle from one airport to the next. Again, double-check the passenger names that you have entered because they cannot be changed later. The passenger names you enter MUST match the names on the passports or other form of identification you will be using for travel. Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Website Functionality:
In the rare case that there is a technical error when you are submitting your credit card information, it is your responsibility to contact us to find out if your booking was successful or not. If you are unsure whether or not your booking went through, do not create another booking before calling us to find out if the first one went through.
Double Bookings:
If you make a mistake in a booking, do not make a second booking before you inquire about canceling the first booking. You will be charged processing fees for any booking you place, no matter if it is eventually changed or cancelled.
Confirmation of Booking:
You will receive an email from us if your booking is confirmed. If you do not receive an email it may be that you entered your email address incorrectly or your email service blocked the email. It is very important for you to make sure that you are receiving emails from us because we may need to communicate important information regarding your booking. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising due to your inability to be contacted.
Fares not Guaranteed until Ticketed:
The fare displayed on the website is not guaranteed until your credit card has been charged for the transaction. For example, if your credit card is declined the first time you try to book and you try again later, the fare may be changed in that time by the airline. Your booking will be deleted and your credit card will not be charged.
Tickets Lost in the Mail:
If you have paper tickets, and the postal service loses your tickets in the mail or does not deliver them as soon as they say they can, we will not be responsible. This may mean you are unable to receive your tickets before you leave on your flight. If that happens, then you will need to file a lost ticket application with the airline at the airport and allow extra time for this when you leave home for your flight. You will need to buy new tickets from the airline and apply for a refund from the airline. Each airline has its own policies on this.
International Flights:
International travel may require the need for valid travel documents such as: passport, travel visa, re-entry permit, health certificate, inoculation record, a ticket for the return journey or continuance of your trip, or ANY combination thereof. The responsibility for the proper documentation rests with the individual passengers. Remember that the passenger names you enter when booking must match the names on the travel documents you will be using.
Changes Made by Airlines:
Airlines reserve the right to cancel or change schedules without notice. Schedules shown are based on expected flying times as indicated by the airlines. Because weather, war, world virus outbreaks, natural disasters and other factors may cause airlines to cancel or reschedule flights, flights cannot be guaranteed.
Flight Reconfirmation:
All onward and return flights must be reconfirmed with the relevant airlines at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of that leg of the journey unless specifically informed otherwise by that airline. Viet Tin accepts no responsibility for bookings canceled due to noncompliance with the particular airline's rules. We also take no responsibility for any flight rescheduling en route.
Passpord/Visas/Health Requirements:
We are very happy to inform you of current documentation requirements if you so require. It is essential for you to ensure that you meet the passport, visa, and health requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit (even if it is for a plane change). Many countries require that your passport should be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of arrival into that country. We accept no responsibility if you should be denied boarding or deported due to non fulfillment of the above.
Travel Insurance:
Viet Tin strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance that provides coverage for loss of deposit, airline cancellation/refund penalties, medical expenses, lost baggage and other potential travel related losses. Viet Tin does not offer Travel insurance, please check with your local insurance company.
Airline Regulations/Conditions of Carriage:
Please note that in all transactions we act as agents of the airlines on which you are booked. Please read your ticket jacket for their conditions of carriage.
Cancellation:
Please note that once you confirm a booking with us there will be a charge to cancel the booking. This would vary from a minimum of $350USD to the full value of the ticket (100%). Please ensure you read the rules for the fare selected by you as charges are notified in those rules. If you are holding a booking for which a ticket has been arranged and do not notify us in writing of your desire to cancel this will be treated as a no show and could result in you losing all that you paid.
Amendments:
Some confirmed bookings allow you to change the dates of travel. Changes generally incur a fee. This is in the rules, Please be aware that many special fares do not allow a change of reservation. Thus if you had to change you would have to cancel (paying the appropriate cancellation charge) and rebook.
